Why are my video files not playing?

Thank you for purchasing a Craft & Vision video product. Due to a high volume of traffic on our exclusive Vimeo video page, you may have found the videos to be slow or unresponsive. If you're having issues watching or downloading the video files, please try again later. We apologize for this inconvenience; because the files are large (approx. 2GB each), we seem to have angered the Internet gods a bit here. Thank you for your patience.

If the problem persists please try an alternate web browser, computer, or Internet connect. Or... you can just email us at support@craftandvision.zendesk.com and we'll send you some top-secret download links. When contacting us please include your order number and the date of your purchase so we can verify your transaction.
