Why can't I sign into my account after the new website was launched?

Our previous website did not have customer account functionality (though some of our customers did have a membership subscription back in the day; this was a private community portal that no longer exists). Any previous usernames or passwords you've used with us are not valid and have not been carried over to the new site. Your purchase history from our previous website are available and on-record via a support request (like before) but those transactions are not reflected in your new Customer Account. 

Subscriptions to PHOTOGRAPH are not associated with our Customer Account functionality, but rather, are added to an exclusive email list so we can deliver future issues directly to your inbox. 

Every customer either needs to create a Customer Account (this is new to C&V) or check-out as a Guest; both require billing information.
