What if I didn't get my download link?

You should receive an e-mail within a few minutes of your purchase (usually a few seconds) – your download link will be in that message.

However, sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control, that email notification can take up to a few hours – please be patient. If you did not receive that e-mail within one calendar day, and it’s not in your junk folder, please contact us.

If you believe you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly then simply send us a message and we’ll get you the file(s). Please include your Shopify Order ID with your request (it looks like this: #99999).

Do NOT send us your Invoice ID, which looks something like this: “1w1zd6s5iojj6q4opwnrt7gayoo4g8sw0ssg4g8″ – it’s not as useful to use for this purpose.
